After four months of a healing proces -wich is still not over yet-, Britney Spears is taking the steps in the right direction to get things in order. Her life, her career, her body and her children. Babysteps, but the babysteps seem to be doing their job. Britney, 26 and mother-of-two left the UCLA medical center on February 6 2008, after a treatment of 7 days that might have saved her life. Now, four months later, Britney has taken control of it all again, and is happier than ever. Well, so it seems. What has she done, you'd ask. Good question. Because, all though it may not be clear for outsiders because she hasn't been doing a lot of stuff career wise, expect for the two How I Met Your Mother episodes, she did a lot of stuff that make the fans get all fuzzy and warm inside. Just a few days after her exit at medical center, Britney headed to the millemium dance studios. And thats where it all started out. Apparently she wanted to combinate two of her big loves: Children & dancing. On February 11 she gave her first dancing lesson to children from the age of 4 to 9. She had a blast and wanted to do it over again. And so, she did. About 3 times. She loved it, the kids loved it and their mothers loved it. Whats not to be happy about, right? And when you think she was already on a good way, her mother walks in her life again. The next day, february 12, Britney and her mother Lynne, go shopping. Thank god, finally. Its been over a year since the two we're spotted together. Talking about her parents: Jamie spears, her father, has taken control over her fiances. Overprotected? Maybe. But its been working. After that, the ball started rolling and the Britney we used to know started to come back. Faster than ever expected. Her boyfriend & paparazzo Adnan got kicked out (I must admit I drank an extra beer that night), Sam Lutfi got served with a restraining order (double martini glass on that) and most importantly: her visitation rights got restored. (party at my house). In the mean time, Britney was pregnant for about 15 times, but Britney stayed low and two days later her bump always dissapeared. Hmm, I wonder why. Its not like photoshop came in handy, right? Either way, everything went on going fine and in the beginning of March a commisioner already stated "Britney is already stabalized." And then.. the so called comeback came: Britney was set to appear on the sitcom How I Met You're Mother. Thrilling news for all. And bright light came from every angle. 3 million people more than usual watched it, and Brit stated "I had a blast." You can't forget, it was her first statement in months. But what was good, became better. Britney, who by then dyed her hair blonde again, knocked on Larry Rudolphs door and was ready to take it to the next level. Larry, of course, was excited to see her back and said; "yes!" immitiately. Who woudn't? And from one came another. At first, Larry stated "it was time for healing, not for bussiness". And we we're all so happy to believe it. But... that statement didn't last that long. Very soon, rumors started rollin' around that Britney had a 100 million dollar tour coming up. Sadly, the rumors weren't true.. though she has been working her butt off. On April 7 her working out program began. She hit Bally's for the first time. She had her babies that day, by the way. Speaking about babies, it looked like she would regain more custody. And we all know it.. she did! But good things don't seem to have an ending. A few days later, Britney was first spotted in the recording studio. Larry reported "she was just tinkeling around" but.. well.. she was spotted there again. And again. And Again. And Again. you get my point now. On another note, the tabloids got better too. Sure, here and there there was a bad headline. But Britney being on the sidebars says a lot too. Since about two months now, she has been in Bally's almost everyday and she has been heading to the recording studio afterwards. A new album in the works? Well, it seems like it is. Apparently, Sean Garret and JR Rottem have both confirmed it a new album. Eventhough they both said that she is just in the beginning fase, it makes me smile and I bet it makes all of us smile. So whats in there for us next? Well, I woudn't know. Who do you think I am? I didn't receive a Ed Hardy t-shirt from her. And she isn't my texting buddy either. Eventhough she is sometimes between midnight and 6 AM. Nevermind, I guess. All I know is that we will soon be seeing headlines such as "She did it, again!" but lets drop the Oops, please. Exciting? atleast. And it gets more exciting by the day.
